Incorporates traditional carols, biblical narrative, and legends that trace modern customs to their Christian origins. Flexible format encourages use of children's choir and congregation. Easily prepared. Optional 3-octave handbells or chamber orchestra (2 violins, viola, cello [+bass], flute, oboe, clarinet, percussion, 2 trumpets, 2 trombones [+tuba]) accompaniments and fully-orchestrated recordings are also available. The choral score includes a reproducible 2-page program. Approx. 35 minutes.
