This two-movement work is sure to become a favorite. The brief opening (Introduction) is full and powerful, involving some pedal work and large chords. This leads to a contrasting Chaconne which is styled after its Baroque namesake. Three independent lines make for a fresh new organ piece, more simple to play than it appears. A MUST!
